Job Description Summary:

You will be responsible for engineering associated with the manufacturing process, impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; executing standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

 

Responsibility:

• Developing innovative process designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability

• Engaging in all phases of new product introduction and process development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support.

• Developing engineering design concepts for components and electromechanical assemblies that have tough requirements for size, precision, reliability and cost

• Leading high mechanical accuracy process and equipment design

• Delivering improvements to process and equipment for high quality and productivity

• Validating process and equipment performance by rigorous and comprehensive approach (simulation, experiments, statistics, etc.)

• Participate in new product introductions through process layout, equipment/tool development, and process development.

• Driving LEAN manufacturing implementation

• Maintain key equipment and process in good production performance

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above in Mechatronics/Automation/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Experience in mechanical/Electrical/Automation process(Manufacturing) or system(Engineering) design

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated program/project planning capability

• Demonstrated project leadership and influencing skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Design for reliability and design for manufacturing experience

• Strong experiment design and analysis experience and capability

• Excellent data statistics and analysis experience and capability

• 6 sigma GB or above

• Broad knowledge in process engineering, such as electrical, material, etc

• Familiar with 3D CAD models design
