Duties and Responsibilities:

? Be responsible for Windows servers build up, deployment, configuration, and on-going system administration.
? System administration, Monitor system utilization, capacity and response times, and manage system and data backup and recovery.
? Provide effective IT support to hardware and software projects while providing strategic ideas involving the development and delivery of technology solutions.
? Provide project status, progress and results reporting to department head.
? Some of the other duties including but not limited to plan and review IT infrastructure disaster recovery plan, track of IT software and hardware assets and warranty,
? Perform auditing on IT security and policies and be responsible for solving end user problems through calls and emails.
? Assist service desk on supporting computer, printer, projector and interactive board.

Qualifications:
? At least 2 years' system/network administration in a MNC
? Good interpersonal skills & Good spoken and written English skills
? Excellent skills in system administration and network
? Familiar with Windows Server 2003/2008, administration of MS SQL 2005, 2008
? Ability to work independently
? Be a good team player
? Customer service orientation
? Microsoft certifications preferred
? Project experience preferred
? Familiar with Cisco Firewall/Switch will be a plus;
? Familiar with Linux OS will be a plus;

Traffic: shuttle bus provided from City to Shunyi everyday about 30 minutes
