Summary of Position:
1.Develop business with Channel partner in guangzhou /Shude /Zhongshan area. leading the design activites with disiti.
2.Improve and maintain relationship with key customers. Provide exceptional service and develop strong relationships within
key accounts.
3.Achieve sales goal by dig out new design-win opportunity and securing the major share on the existing business.
4.Accurately and effectively represent ISSI's new business development status and messaging to customers, detailing those
developments.
5.Distributors management. set up a MBO for their reveune; design win goal and support them to Achieving it.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
1.Contribute to development and updating of Strategic Business Plans for all target accounts.
2.The market and industry to identify new applications (design in) in order to initiate new business opportunities in key
segments or customer base.
3.Update and maintain all account information and activity by weekly report.
4.Update the market trend; competitor's new strategy to the management.
5.Work with FAE, Quality & Reliability and sales management teams to provide technical support and manage customer problems and complaints.
6.update the forecast / sample status into system monthly.
7.Set up the MBO to each channel partner and reviewing their achievement quarterly.

Required knowledge,skills,abilities:
1.Experience in developing new opportunities by design-in and develop account relationship
2.Good command of local language and confident in English writing, presentation and communication skills.
3.Capable of gaining respect and trust of customers with proven influencing skills.
4.Must be self-starter capable of conducting assignments independently, reviewing own progress and providing on-going updates to management.

Required education and experience:
1.Bachelor or above degree in Electric and Electronics or equivalent major.
2.5+ years experience in semiconductor industry as a sales person. Experience in Memory or Analog segement is preferred.
3.well-known the Semiconductor marketing in Guangzhou/zhongshan.
