Objectives of the Project
The objective of this project is to efficiently support HR marketing team to build up an attractive image and expand the brand influence of Daimler in China as an employer.
Tasks of the Project
Social media platform maintaining and developing: including content making, design and promotion.
Research market and industrial trend, develop insight to support program planning.
Implement employer branding activities, coordinate and track deliverables for each offline events.
Analyze project outcomes and summarize results and decisions.
Key Qualification
Know-how about digital media, strong content development skill
Experience in social media management is a plus
Strong analytical and research abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
