Objectives of the Project
Legal Product team is responsible for safeguarding the compliance of all the technical requirements of Mercedes-Benz products throughout research & development, production, importation, sales and aftersales phases by providing legal opinions and making opportunity & risk analysis.
This Project aims to have a deep-dive of all the applicable laws and regulations during the above phases and make a proper filing of the same. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on real cases and support the legal analysis of the senior in-house counsel.
Tasks of the Project
- Understand the lifecycle of the product and the risk points
- Collect, categorize and file the relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist the legal analysis of real technical compliance cases
Key Qualifications
- Strong legal knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking
- Previous internship in other MNCs is a plus
