Job Responsibilities and Skills Required:
?Selects appropriate methods and techniques in performing methods development;
?Recommend alternatives, research new methods/techniques, and proactively seek out senior personnel to discuss potential solutions to problems;
?Design and execute experiments to support the assigned projects;
?Interprets data with good science and critical thinking;
?Be able to work both independently or in a team setting;
?Keep good record of work following good documentation practice;
?Author analytical protocols and reports;
?May present data to group meetings, project sub-teams and at industry meetings;
?Uses good verbal communication and interpersonal skills in a team setting to achieve results of assigned tasks.

Specific Education & Experience Requirements:
?BS or MS in pharmaceutical science, chemistry, biology, engineering or other relevant subjects with or without industry experience;
?Reasonable understanding of GMP;
?Good academic performance;
?Good English (written and spoken).
