Responsibilities:

Undertake the work of antibody discovery part of the company's biologics drug project, using hybridoma technology to prepare antibodies for various targets, including design of immunogens, mouse immunity, cell fusion, and antibody screening.

Screening hybridomas using a variety of methods such as ELISA, FACS and other high-throughput screening methods.

Gene cloning and sequence analysis of hybridoma antibodies.
杂交瘤抗体的基因克隆及序列分析工作。
Develop hybridoma antibody discovery SOPs and continuously optimize the hybridoma antibody platform.
制定杂交瘤抗体发现的SOP，并对杂交瘤抗体平台进行持续的优化。
Collect and summarize experimental results.

任职要求：
M.S. degree in antibody technology, cell biology, molecular biology or B.S. molecular cloning, protein purification, or cell line establishment experience is required.
要求具有抗体技术、细胞生物学、分子生物学研究背景的理科硕士学历或具有相关分子克隆，蛋白纯化或者细胞系建立工作经验的理科学士学历。
Priority is given to those with extensive operational experience in hybridoma fusion.
优先考虑在杂交瘤融合方面有丰富操作经验者。
Familiar with different types of immunogens, such as protein immunity, cell immunity and DNA immunity.

Have rich experience in antibody drug screening for ELISA, FACS or other high-throughput screening methods.
