Role

This role is responsible to lead, manage and deliver projects for critical commercial applications targeted for Sept 2021 go-live. The role will work with Country IT head and various work stream leads to create plan  and manage the projects for end-to-end delivery  as per timelines and with in budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of project plans that clearly define the project scope, assumptions, risks and overall project approach including project resource needs, high level timelines and project communications.
• Develop and administer project budgets, schedules and performance standards.
• Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original scope.
• Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel.  Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses in scope, on schedule and within budget. 
• Drive compliance with the IT Quality processes and Viatris SDLC process, including the IT change management and quality/testing process.
• Communicate project status to project steering committee and other stakeholders as appropriate.  Manage project issues/risks in a timely manner and appropriately escalating when necessary.

• Document Project related document to meet CLC methodology.

• Collaborate with solutions leads and business partners to ensure technologies are meeting the requirements.

Requirements:

• Must possess extensive knowledge of project management concepts, practices and procedures as they relate to the delivering IT project.
• Must understand and apply all of the Project Management Body of Knowledge Competencies. PMP Certification is preferred
• Must have managed enterprise projects in large organizations preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Broad experience across multiple Commercial function areas like Sales, Marketing, data analytics and etc.
• Must possess strong leadership and collaborative team skill set; excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills required.
