岗位职责：

1、负责完成移动客户端Android应用程序相关项目的需求分析、架构设计及开发模块任务划分；

2、承担核心模块的设计、开发工作，负责技术难点攻克；

3、参加研发部门的技术规划与部门目标分解

4、搭建APP研发环境；

5、编写APP规范

技术要求：

1、3年以上移动端架构设计级项目管理经验；

2、熟练掌握移动应用开发语言，Java、数据结构和常用算法；

3、掌握Android移动应用主流开源组件和移动应用开源框架，了解AndroidFramework和底层设计原理及框架原理，高性能编程及性能调优；

4、较强的面向对象编程思想及良好的系统分析设计能力，熟练掌握常用的设计模式，有规范的文档习惯和系统开发习惯，能独自解决整体规划方案，制定技术规范书；

5、优秀的逻辑思维能力、学习能力和理解沟通能力；优秀的团队合作意识，心智成熟，工作敬业、负责、乐于分享；

6、较强的组织管理能力、判断力与决策能力，及时项目风险预警与解除能力；
