职位描述
岗位职责:
1.负责根据公司的销售预算/战略履行华东(EC)的销售任务; 大幅度,快速和可持续地增加销售额。
2.负责建立/管理/优化EC的所有销售渠道;
3.负责可持续营销的发展和行动;
4.负责EC的销售团队的日常管理,如当地办事处管理,工作分配,销售指导,销售培训和销售评估等。建立/维护/优化整个团队的监管;
5.协助中国销售经理制定销售预算和销售激励政策等;
6.负责根据客户/市场需求向研发和产品管理(PM)部门提供详细建议,及时准确地发展趋势;
7.直接向中国销售经理汇报。

任职要求:
1.电气或自动化工程专业本科以上学历:
2.对技术和业务方面的供暖,通风,空调和制冷(HVAC-R)自动化行业有深刻的了解和认识;需要5年以上相关和近期工作经验;
3.必须拥有该行业的强大网络,并且必须对各自的客户和竞争对手有充分的了解;
4.在制定销售策略,增加市场份额,增加销售额和实现高目标方面的良好记录;
5.具有强烈的团队合作意识;团队领导经验者优先;
6.熟悉CRM管理工具和使用它的经验;
7.良好的沟通技巧;
8.具有较强的销售数据分析能力和知识;有使用ERP系统的经验;使用办公软件的能力很强;
9.具有快速融入企业文化的强大能力;
10.精通英语书面和口语。
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Manager East China
Duties
1. Responsible for fulfilling the sales tasks of East China (EC) according to the sales budget/strategy of the company; increasing the sales turnover substantially, quickly and sustainable.
2. Responsible for building/managing/optimizing all sales channels in EC;
3. Responsible for sustainable marketing development and actions;
4. Responsible for the daily management of the sales team in EC such as local office management, job assignment, sales guidance, sales training and sales evaluation etc. Setting up/maintaining/optimizing regulatory of whole team;
5. Assisting the China sales manager in setting up sales budgets and sales incentive policy etc.;
6. Responsible for providing detailed suggestions to the R&D and Product Management (PM) departments based on customer/ market requirements and developing trends timely and accurately;
7. Directly reporting to the China sales manager.
Minimum job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in electric or automation engineering preferred:
2. Having strong knowledge and understanding in the Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigerating (HVAC-R) automation industry on both, the technical and business side; more than 5 years of relevant and recent working experience required;
3. Must possess a strong network in this industry and must have a sound understanding of the respective customers and competitors;
4. Strong proven record in developing sales strategies, increasing market share, growing sales and in achieving high set goals;
5. Having a strong sense of team oriented work; Experiences in team leading preferred;
6. Good understanding of CRM management tools and experience in using it;
7. Strong communication skills;
8. Strong ability and knowledge in sales data analysis; Experienced in using ERP system; High ability in using office software;
9. Having strong ability of quickly integrating into corporate culture;
10. Fluent in written and oral English preferred.
11. Location: Shanghai or Suzhou
