To lead the delivery HR administration and POD  to ensure an effective and efficiently ***-aged service is in place. This should be achieved through: 

1.    Acting as a HRA & POD expertise within the appointed process scope

2.    Integration into the Syngenta HR Operations delivery model;

3.    Regularly seeking feedback from customers on service satisfaction

4.    Understanding the delivery of end to end services across the HR TOM 

5.    Identifying continuously improvement opportunities

6.    Maintaining strong professional and connected relationships with chosen partners

7.    Implementing new services according with established governance

职位要求：

?    Bachelor degree

?    Service delivery and management with 10 years of experience in HR operations dealing 

?    Familiar with Workday system

?    Good customer service sense and attitude. 

?    Both process and result oriented.

?    Be an active team participant to lead change.

?    Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills, ready to solve the problem in the shoes of stakeholders.

?    Problem solving skills, take the initiative in solving a problem and able to solve problems with effective solutions.

?    Positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude, self-motivated.

?    Strong sense of confidentiality and high level understanding and performing of business eth-ics;

?    Fluent English skills both for speaking and writing
