• Arrange payment-local /oversea/salary /duty/petty cash /Tax/Union fee..
• Payment transfer and short deposit
• Bank journal posting and closing
• PR register and check and print
• Collect supporting document for overseas payment receivable
• Bank account open /close /authorizer changes per request
• Audit support.Voucher filing
• Other wroks assigned by manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficient in MS Office, comfortable with working on daily basis with Sage and SAP financial software
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communications skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
