You will be part of our 5G RAN System team, you will be responsible for 

• Define DU or baseband overall architecture, external interfaces and detailed functional description of the solution
• Setup link level simulation platform for baseband performance, and leading system performance improvement and new algorithm innovation
• Perform technical evaluations of major system enhancements and major new customer requirements
• Create detailed system level functional requirements and specifications
• Identify opportunities for innovation and market disruption
• Provide active support for, product management, pre-sales and marketing activities including technical solutions support in the RFI/RFP response
• Work closely with engineering teams to drive the timely and quality release of new products and features

Job Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of baseband on 3GPP LTE ,5G NR, 
• Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts
• M.Sc. or B.Sc in Wireless Communication, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
• Solid RAN system development experience and strong technical expertise
• Solid C++ or Matlab programming skills with system modeling experience
• Good to have solid knowledge and experience in MIMO and Multi-Antenna
• Dedicated, result oriented professional with a reputation for getting the job done.
• Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
