岗位职责:

1、面向华北区的政府部门、大企业客户，销售哲品全线产品及基于哲品品牌的整体解决方案，完成销售任务；

2、及时进行自有客户支持与服务，销售情况跟进、反馈、协调等，制定月销售计划；搜集客户的需求信息，找到与客户需求的契合点，为新产品的研发提供信息；

3、市场调研和开发，要求有独立开拓新客户的能力；

4、协助部门负责人进行客户谈判，跟踪服务客户和已开发大客户的关系维护，以及项目的二次开发；

5、能够与采购、客服等部门一起制定详细的销售方案，并能够独立完成项目计划书编制；

6、能够制定和管理项目推进流程，能够按照时间表和相关责任主动推进项目进展。

任职资格:

1、3年以上销售经验，有礼品、广告行业经验者优先；

2、有强烈的上进心和责任感，及强烈的销售热情；

3、有较强的沟通谈判技巧及团队合作精神，具有独立分析和解决问题的能力；

4、具备较强的市场拓展能力，具有比较丰富的销售技巧；

5、拥有广泛的人脉关系者优先；

6、个人形象气质佳，口头及书面表达能力强。
