1. Coordinate，support and guide lab & IQC to successfully finish test and measure jobs.

协调、支持和指导实验室和来料检验顺利完成测试及测量任务。

2. Set up lab & incoming inspection facility to meet project requirement and compile internal management procedures.

筹建实验室和来料检验设备以满足项目要求，及编制内部管理流程。

3. Scheme yearly budget plan for lab & IQC and control actual cost.

策划实验室和来料检验年度预算计划，及控制实际发生费用。

4. Ensure regular calibration and measuring capability confirmation for all measuring equipment and instruments.

确保所有测量设备及仪器的定期校准和测量能力确认。

5. Responsible for yearly product audit and yearly requalification test plan and implementation.

负责年度产品审核和年度型式试验策划和实现。

6. Good support to the customer team and other department regarding to the sample test and problem analysis.

有效的支持客户组和其他相关部门对样件测试和问题分析。

7. Establish test system and Coordinate with the other department to optimize test system.

建立测试系统, 配合其他部门优化测试系统。

8. Responsible for handling warranty parts or field problem and lead the cause analysis

负责质保期和售后件的处理和主导原因分析。

9. Responsible for plant incoming inspection process and management of blocked stock.

负责工厂来料检验过程和隔离库的管理。

10. Responsible for personal management of lab & IQC team.

实验室和来料检验人员管理。

11. Responsible for EHS tasks implement in lab & IQC.

负责实验室和来料环境健康安全工作的开展。

12. Adheres to Brose Beijing & Brose Group Quality Policy.

Specific duties and responsibilities (max. 10) 具体职能

1. Schedule lab workflow to meet internal and external customer deadlines for test.

合理的安排工作以满足内部和外部客户的测试结点。

2. Programming and operation of CMM utilization and all important test machines.

负责三坐标及所有重要测试设备的编程和操作。

3. Purchase test machine or instrument and finish acceptance check according to project requirement.

按照项目需求完成检测设备或仪器的前期采购和验收。

4. Reasonably plan yearly budget for lab & IQC and control the actual monthly cost.

合理策划实验室和来料检验年度预算计划，及控制实际发生月度费用。

5. Follow up the calibration and MSA implement status in Beijing plant.

跟踪北京工厂量具的校准检定和测量系统分析执行情况。

6. Plan for product audit, yearly requalification test and organize the implement on time.

策划产品审核、年度型式试验计划并组织按时实施。

7. Engineering support to each project team for sample measurement, inspection method criteria, etc.

从技术上支持每个项目组对样件的测量，检验方法标准等。

8. Flexible and able to quickly change direction to support internal customer needs.

能快速，灵活的支持内部客户的需求。

9. Research and recommend new inspection technologies. Establish and improve test system when need.

研究和建议新的检测技术，在需要时建立和改进测试系统。

10. Confirm with customer about handling warranty parts or field problems and analyze the cause by lab test.

与客户确认质保期和售后件的处理，并通过实验室测试分析来查找原因。

11. Management and audit periodically of ESD protection

管理和定期评审ESD系统。

12. Take charge of blocked stock management.

负责质量隔离库的管理。

13. Responsible for incoming inspection as the group leader of incoming inspectors

领导来料检验员对采购原材料进行入库检验，承担质检责任。

14. Sep up and optimize the internal procedure for incoming inspection process and guide the operation

负责制定和优化原材料检验流程，指导来料检验过程。

15. Arrange the daily work in the lab & IQC.

安排实验室和来料检验的日常工作。

16. Train and guide lab& IQC inspectors, lab engineer, warranty engineer and evaluate their performances.

培训和指导实验室&来料检验员、实验工程师、售后工程师的工作,评估其业绩。

17. Follow-up the environmental and Health & Safety regulations and provide information and requirement to the lab & IQC functions.

落实环境、健康和安全守则，在实验室和来料检验内开展相关要求的活动。

18. Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose Beijing operation assigned by N+1 manager or the General Manager. These tasks could be cross functional)
