岗位职责：

1. Responsible for plant QMS internal & external audit. Support each functional team can meet ISO/TS16949 and CCC requirement.

负责工厂质量管理体系内审和外审，支持职能部门的业务流程满足ISO/TS16949和CCC标准要求。

2. Monitor the implementation of controlling process for the labeling of the product with the CCC logo.

监控CCC标志产品标签控制流程的执行。

3. Announce the Chinese Certification Authority for any relevant changes before production of marked CCC products is allowed.

当已获得CCC认证的产品发生任何变更时，负责通知认证机构并在获得许可后继续使用CCC标志。

4. Responsible to send the sample of CCC product to external lab for test yearly.

负责每年将CCC认证产品的试验样件送到外部实验室进行检测。

5. Follow –up the corrective action for all open issues after each internal and external system audit.

跟踪每次体系内审和外审所发现问题的整改措施完成情况。

6. Responsible for customer audit and follow –up the corrective action situations.

负责客户审核和跟踪整改措施完成情况。

7. Support for internal process audit and follow–up the corrective action situations.

支持内部过程审核和跟踪整改措施完成情况。

8. Responsible for identifying customer special requirements and deployment in internal process.

负责识别客户特殊要求并在内部过程中展开。

9. Responsible for arranging yearly customer satisfaction evaluation.

负责安排年度客户满意度评估。

10. Responsible for plant system documents archive into the BIN and update version in time.

负责将工厂的体系文件及时保存在BIN中和更新版本状态。

11. Responsible for compiling and updating system documents of quality department.

负责编制和更新质量部内部体系文件。

12. Provide internal QMS general information and internal auditor training.

提供有关质量管理体系常识和内审员的内部培训。

13. Provide internal product liability, BBR, D-part & CCC training.

提供有关产品责任，博泽基本准则，D零件及CCC的内部培训。

14. Organize internal EHS deployment as the coordinator of quality department.

作为质量部内部EHS协调员负责组织部门内部EHS工作的开展。

15. Assist QU manager to prepare Management Review and other QM/EM reports.

辅助质量经理完成管理评审及其它质量/环境报告。

16. Assist AI/QU to finish AI-cross audit.

辅助亚太质保完成交叉审核工作。

17. Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose Beijing operation assigned by N+1 manager or the General Manager. (These tasks could be cross functional).

完成质量经理和总经理分配的其他任务。

 

任职要求：

1. Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in an engineering field

理工科本科及以上学历

2. Minimum 3 years experience in Quality system in the automotive industry or ancillary industry

至少三年以上汽车或辅助行业，质量管理体系工作经验

3. Certified internal auditor

有内审员资质

4. Knowledge of customer special requests

具备客户特殊要求的知识

5. APQP, PPAP, FEMA, MSA, SPC, 8D and CCC requirement 

熟悉TS五大工具、8D工具及CCC要求

6. Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods

知悉防错和质量策划方案

7. Comprehensive knowledge of the production methods in use

掌握生产相关的方法

8. Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology

具备环境法律、法规的基础知识

9. Know Chinese automotive market and industry

了解中国汽车市场和汽车工业

10. Good English both in oral and written
