主要职责：                 

• 负责工厂新项目生产、测试设备定制的电气、编程、测试等技术要求制定。
• 负责博格华纳自主承担的电气和编程等相关工作。
• 负责新设备供应商电气设计、程序设计评审和批准。
• 负责新设备验收。
• 负责设备改造的电气及软件程序部分的实施。
• 负责培训现场工程技术人员及维修人员。
• 支持、协助解决本公司设备生产过程中问题。
• 编写设备作业指导书。
• 编写故障排除指导书，制定备件清单。
• 编制电气、编程、测试规范等。
• 协助编制工艺文件。
• 支持制造工程师完成设备、工艺要求。

                                                    

    

职位基本要求：

• 大学本科学历，工业自动化专业、机电一体、测试、计算机控制技术等专业。
• 3 年以上相关工作经验，较强的解决实际问题的能力。
• 可以PLC（西门子、欧姆龙、AB等）编程，以及工业PC，熟悉控制硬件，熟悉工业PC软件编程（VC,VB or LABVIEW 等应用)。
• 有制造行业的经验。
• 熟悉自动化装配和测试设备。
• 有较强的学习能力、较强的动手能力，掌握常用办公软件。
• 工作主动上进，乐于沟通。
• 可以用英语进行阅读，书面和口语沟通。
• 了解设备制造流程。
• 有机械经验及知识、有设备维修经验者优先。

Key Responsibilities：

• Responsible for spec of control  and testing.
• Responsible for programming on borgwarner owned area.
• Responsible for supplier’s design review of control and programming.
• Responsible for new equipment validation.
• Responsible for equipment retrofitting implementation.
• Responsible for training on maintenance and ME engineers of manufacturing.
• Support machine trouble shooting in production.
• Responsible for equipment WI.
• Responsible for machine trouble shooting WI，spare parts list.
• Responsible for definition on control and testing requirement.
• Support process documentation.
• Support ME to finish manufacturing engineering task.

                                                    

    

Primary requirement for candidate:

• University education background on automation, computer engineering or other related major.
• 4 or above years related working experience.
• Be skillful on PLC and industry PC control (Experience on VC,VB or LABVIEW is preferred),be able to set up communication on software and hardware.
• Be experienced on different of control meter, be able to set up parameter and connect the hardware.
• Be knowledgeable on manufacturing engineering and automation.
• Be familiar with assembly and test machines.
• Good sense to learn quickly.
• Strong hands-on skill; good at office software.
• Be skillful on documentation.
• Easygoing personality and good communication.
• Good command of English in speaking and writing.
• Be knowledgeable on machine building process.
• Knowledge on maintenance, service and mechanical is preferred.
