Quality Director

Report to Regional Operations Director，APAC

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company's daily quality management and food safety work, the implementation of quality guidelines, quality objectives and quality indicators, quality management system to implement effective monitoring, maintain the company's high-quality reputation;

2. As food safety team leader, organize food safety team meeting, quality and food safety training to improve the quality and food safety awareness of all staff;

3. Maintain ISO 90001, ISO22000, FSSC22000 system to ensure the effective operation of the system in the company;

4. Lead quality audit, such as government,2nd & 3rd party, customer audits and ensure to pass audits.

5. Establish and decide on marking tracking/tracking procedures for all raw materials, packaging materials and finished products at different stages;

6. Promote the company's continuous quality improvement work, assist the relevant departments to complete quality improvement, product quality stability and improvement.

7. Ensure that released products comply with product specifications and national laws, regulations and national food safety standards;

8. Responsible for handling and coordinating customer quality complaints;

9. Promote the construction of the company's quality culture and organize regular food safety group meetings.

10. Establish the necessary links with relevant governments, associations, advisory services, etc.

11. To preside over other work within the leadership department.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in food science, food engineering and related majors

2. More than 15 years of experience in the food industry, more than 10 years of experience in the quality department of international food companies, more than 5 years of quality leader experience in quality department management

3. Rich knowledge and experience in quality management system, food safety management system and food regulations

4. Experience in quality management and team management, outstanding leadership and communication skills, able to lead and influence the team to complete the projects and goals set

5. Positive "Can do" attitude

6. Fluent English listening and writing skills
