Task/Responsibilities:
- Safety work products tracking (only from timeline aspects)
- Safety plan tracking
- Coordinate internal meetings and external meetings. E.G.:

a. meeting minutes documentation
b. meeting time coordination
- Make sure work products are delivered on time by supplier
- Internal configuration management & document management for safety work products.
- Collect necessary documents from suppliers & organize documentation for safety release
of the product.
Requirements:
- R&D background
- Basic knowledge of HVB
- Basic knowledge of Electrical engineering
- Basic project management skills
- Good at spoken and written in English
- Good at communication and cross-functional work
