Your tasks

Analyze, compare, transfer, release and verify incoming changes (KEMs), maintain BOM

in general.

Bundle, verify all engineering changes in Dialog with PEMs.

Completeness check：including KEM content, PEM content, new part master/ usage

content, par tlist content, model year part variant.

Maintain additional request for plant production, like ES1 key, Baukasten, U-part, R-part,

P-part, Zero- solution, Receiver adding, part creation in SRM, etc.

Additional documentation work: Initial load, transfer KEM to engineers, KEM error claim,

daily KEM allocation, car BOM TEO check, Model year check, Change back check,

Preventive check, etc.

Transfer incoming changes (KEMs) to engineers via Start, and ensure Start

documentation comments is correct and clear.

Coordinate, check with ECC/ BVA/ RD engineering, or other departments for engineering

change introduction, or any other BOM query.

On-time documentation of local and imported parts for our current and future MB projects

in China.

Ensure that all engineering changes are accurately, timely introduced into the production

line before due date, and ensure that all breakpoints are accurately and timely recorded

for archiving.

Provide and maintain an 100% accurate Bill of Material, and coordinate implementation of

all changes into the Passenger Car assembly, so to minimize the impact of company cost.
