Responsibilities:

Collect talent information, quickly find candidates through various channels, conduct preliminary evaluation, and recommend suitable candidates.

According to the position information of customers, analyze and study the needs of customers.

Participate in interview arrangement, salary communication, background investigation, etc.

Responsible for the whole process of high-end job recruitment.

Talents pool mainly in China, Taiwan, Singapore, USA and Canada.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree, 1+ years working experience.

English reading and written communication skill is preferred.

Clear logical thinking and patient.

Strong learning ability, experience of acquiring new knowledge and skills, curiosity about life and information.

基本薪酬5-10K，提成20%至50%
