工作职责:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunity within potential customers

    - Work with sales team, coordinate internal supporting team to make design-win, changing opportunity into real order

2. Conduct in-depth customer demand research, business analysis, supporting product marketing to define new product

    - Creastes customer value and satisfies customer needs

3. Support sales to achieve business growth within existing customers, by finding new opportunities, analyzing business forecast, establishing long-term pricing strategy, etc.

    - Participate in presales activities such as presentations, technical customer meetings and answering questions

4. Resolve issue and achieve marketing-sales goal by coordinating internal resource

5. Establish good relationships and arrange visit with high profile prospects within market segment.

    - Influence and position new ideas to customers

    - Coordinate regular face to face, conference call meeitng with customers

任职资格:

1. Bachelor or Master in science & engineering fields or received comparable training

2. More than 3 years of experience in semiconductor industry, NAND or NAND based solution related product (such as SSD, PC server etc.) development, characterization or customer technical support experience will be a great advantage

3. Experience in localization and standard setting in Chinesse semiconductor industry is a strong plus

4. Spirit of market pioneering development, strong acumen and insight of the market

5. Proficient in English both spoken and written
