Main Responsibilities:

1. Procurement KPI management: Builds, deploys and applies a business case process within the department or across business functions, Interprets KPIs and uses findings to steer business decisions and strategies (e.g. understanding trade-offs on cost/service), Develops root cause analysis processes to identify reasons for deviations/anomalies & develop plans to get back on track
2. Supplier Management: Establishes long term improvement initiatives with suppliers through identifying mutual beneficial ideas, sets up benchmarks for quality and service levels, improves the supplier relationship through creative ideas and concepts
3. Quality Management: Apply Quality Management principles in his / her daily work, tracks implementation of sourcing relevant corrective actions that were defined in supplier audits
4. Sourcing strategy and process Uses the Strategic Sourcing methodology knowledge to drive continuous improvements and achieve breakthrough results successfully in the cross-functional team, helps to spread, implement and improve the methodology
5. Legal / Contract Management: Drafts procurement related terms in complex long-term contracts and supply agreements with key suppliers and applies, coordinates and implements effective contract management procedures
6. Financial Object: Applies knowledge of financial and economic concepts/indicators to evaluate alternative courses of actions/scenarios and selects the optimal solution for the company (e.g. minimize risk, maximize profit)
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Establishes an effective network with different stakeholders and actively plans and works with them to develop a long term service strategy which can benefit both parties
8. Professional Knowledge: Is able to conduct discussions with internal partners regarding product specifics that are relevant for procurement activities, considers professional knowledge in (sourcing) activities to achieve best in class solutions

 

Requirements:

1. Education: BA or equivalent degree in a technical and/or business discipline// College diploma as minimum; Majored in design, engineering, economics, international trade or others
2. Experiences: at least 1-2 years sourcing experiences in multinational companies, preferred in fashion or retail industry
3. Negotiation: Prepares detailed negotiation plans for negotiations of strategic importance and is able to react to upcoming arguments of suppliers, leads negotiations of significant strategic value or with high complexity, effectively communicates throughout the negotiation process including results
4. Communication: Demonstrates the ability to deliver high impact formal presentations tailored to diverse audiences and explains sensitive business matters and highly complex issues clearly and persuasively
5. Languages: excellent English skills, written and spoken
6. Computer Skills: Demonstrates mastery of all relevant/needed capabilities of Microsoft Applications, SAP and other office software
7. Internal Process Knowledge: specific knowledge of core processes to identify opportunities for improvement of processes
8. Able to work together with others in a team
9. Demonstrated analytical decision making skills and creative thought process ability
