Job Responsibility:

1.  Concept development Project management

？        Project schedule planning, ensure all categories deliver on the right track

？        Budget estimation by different project, different supplier, different category to reduce the cost

？        Collect the detailed requirement from IPS for deepen store drawing

？        Coordinate all related categories’ feedback for technical review to run out the best choice of store design

？        Collect all technical materials (e.g. Technical handbook, installation handbook,etc.), then hand out to the team which need it

2.  Quality Control

？        Collect and draft the category prototype report, and share it to related team

？        Collect the furniture quality problem of all test store, and follow the improvement

2.      Procurement process

？        The test store off-line order management, to ensure the furniture delivered to store on time

3.      Others

？        Coordinate and handle all IP cooperation requirement from other team

？        Any assignment from IP manager

 

 

Job Requirement:

1.      Bachelor degree and above ,major is not limited

2.      Experiences: at least 5 years project management and procurement in multinational companies, preferred in fashion or retail industry

3.      Communication: Demonstrates the ability to deliver high impact formal presentations tailored to diverse audiences and explains sensitive business matters and highly complex issues clearly and persuasively

4.      Languages: excellent English skills, written and spoken

5.      Internal Process Knowledge: specific knowledge of procurement processes to identify opportunities for improvement of processes

6.      Able to work together with others in a team

7.      Demonstrated analytical decision making skills and creative thought process ability

8.      Some travel activity must be expected to support projects.
