【岗位职责】

1. 项目管理与策划

Project management and planning

-协同项目团队完成新业务的调研、立项、策划、以及最终实施等，包含但不限于：移动出行服务，保险，线上商城等项目；

 Help the project team in new business feasibility study, project preparation, planning and implementation, including but not limited to: mobility service, insurance, online sales, etc.

-高质量的完成各类项目的汇报文件的撰写，并定期向公司管理层或董事会进行项目汇报；

 Prepare high-quality report documents for projects, and report to the company's management committee or the board  on a regular basis

-对项目的进度管理

 Progress management

2. 业务运营

Business operating

-负责现有CRM系统的日常运维工作，同时对系统易用性和功能性提出改善意见；

 Responsible for the daily operating and maintenance of the CRM system, and also improvement the functionality of the system;

-客户数据分析，提升线上营销转化率及老客户复购率

 Customer data analysis, improve online marketing performance and repurchase ratio.

-其他相关的业务运营工作

 Other relevant operating work

3. 能够高效的完成与企业内部各部门及企业外部如：厂家、经销商、第三方公司、合作伙伴间的沟通

Internal Communication and external Communication including manufacturers, third-party companies, partners, etc.

4. 公司交办的其他事宜

Other matters assigned by the company

5. 因工作需要，员工应根据公司安排到国内/外出差

Due to work needs, employees should travel to domestic/foreign countries according to the company's arrangements

 

【任职条件】

● 大学本科学历或以上；

Bachelor degree or above;

● 2年以上汽车、金融、互联网、汽车保险等行业的工作经验，或相关行业咨询公司经验，对汽车金融市场需要有一定了解；

2+ years of work experience in auto, finance, internet, auto insurance industries, or experience in consulting companies in related industries, and a certain understanding of the auto finance market;

● 较强的创新能力和学习能力；

Strong innovation ability and learning ability;

● 有较强的项目管理能力，能够合理安排项目优先级，有完整的项目开发经历者优先；

Have strong project management ability and be able to arrange project priorities reasonably, candidate with a complete project development experience is preferred;

● 较强的沟通能力，拥有团队协作精神；

Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit;

● 英文（或日文）可作为工作语言（CET4或N2及以上）。

Good English / Japanese skills (at least CET4 or N2).
