【岗位职责】
根据公司经营目标和客户生命周期管理,制定客户留存项目计划,提升存量客户的增换购比例;包括:从年度计划、部署与执行,并参与完整的项目管理;
According to business requirement and customer retention strategy, develop and implement the Customer Retention program,increase overall retention ratio. The role should participate deeply in the whole process of the project operation.
企划客户留存项目推广方案,结合市场营销策略,利用传播渠道,提升线上营销转化率及增换购比例;
Leverage communication channels to promote customer retention program, and improve online marketing conversion rate and repurchase rate of existing customers;
负责建立和运营会员管理体系并搭建相关系统;结合会员特点,设计会员管理体系,包括会员招募、激励机制、会员权益、会员分级、积分制度等会员体系,提升会员粘性,增加有效会员数量,提高用户活跃度、复购率及忠诚度;
Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and development of member management system; Combined with the characteristics of members, identify the behavior characteristics of consumers at different stages, including member recruitment, incentive mechanism, member rights and interests, member classification, points system and other member systems, to enhance member stickiness, increase the number of effective members, and improve user activity, repurchase rate and loyalty;
推进客户全生命周期(TCM概念),与数字化平台、CRM平台、线上营销活动及社交媒体平台等联动,对客户营销活动效果进行跟踪并提出改进意见;
Promote the Trade Cycle Management, including the interaction with digital platforms, CRM platforms, online marketing activities and social media platforms, track the performance of various marketing activities and propose suggestions for improvement;
负责客户需求调研、客户信息收集分析,搭建消费者数据模型,将消费者行为和偏好等数据化管理,及时提供业务报告,为业务决策提供有效的参考,并利用结果精准营销,不断改进用户体验,扩大品牌影响力;
Responsible for customer demand research, customer information collection and analysis, building consumer data model, data-oriented management of consumer behavior and preferences, timely providing business reports, providing effective reference for business decisions, and using the results of precision marketing, constantly improving user experience and expanding brand influence;
制定项目的KPI并进行监控,定期PDCA回顾分析各项活动和营销计划的执行效果。
Formulated and monitored the KPI of the project, and regularly reviewed and analyzed the implementation effect of various activities and marketing plans in PDCA;
保持与IT及供应商等相关内外部门的高效沟通;
Maintain efficient communication with IT, suppliers and other related internal and external departments;
公司交办的其他事宜;

Domestic / oversea business trip according to company requirement;
【任职条件】
大学本科及以上学历; 海外留学背景优先;
Bachelor degree or above in relevant major; Overseas study background is preferred;
汽车主机厂、大型汽车经销商集团,或汽车金融3年以上相关工作经验;
Minimum 3 years’ experience at automobile OEM, distributor or auto finance field;
具有汽车行业系统开发经验、熟悉项目管理流程;
Experienced in system development in automotive industry, familiar with project management process;
具有消费者调研,需求分析,消费者行为研究的专业知识和经验;专注于销售渠道管理,电商平台业务的业务拓展及出色的业务知识;
Professional knowledge and experience in consumer research, demand analysis and consumer behavior research; Strong Sales channel management skills, business development skills and knowledge in business;
良好运用计算机软件(如 office等)进行业务分析
Good user knowledge business analysis with PC software(eg: office etc)
结果导向,良好数据分析能力,自我激励,有执行力,持续学习,能有条理地处理多项任务并能高质量的完成工作;
Result oriented, data-analysis skills, Self-motivated, actionable, can-do attitude, eager to learn, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work;
具备CRM管理实施经验、数字营销经验; 团队管理经验优先;
CRM management experience, digital marketing experience, and team management experience is preferred;
良好的中文(普通话)和英文沟通、表达、写作能力;大学英语四级及以上(必须);
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin), spoken or written, CET-4 or above (must)
