• coordinating with departments to identify hiring needs, advertising job openings across multiple channels, managing candidates’ information, conducting pre-employment screening and interviews, ensuring proper onboarding for new hires, etc.;
• Design procedures for each hiring stage;

？  Research and recommend new sources and channels for active and passive candidate recruiting;

？  Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual hiring status reports;

• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
• Handle internal relocation and transfer cases.
• Plan and carry out culture building events;
• Perform other duties as assigned by leaders.

Basic Job Requirements:

1.      5-8 years’ experience in general HR functions including at least 5 years’ in-house recruitment experience;

2.      Bachelor or above degree, HR or management related major preferred;

3.      Analytical, data rational with strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness;

4.      Solid background in multinational environment with hands-on and operational HR experience;

5.      Strong in planning, organizing, negotiation, presentation and project management;

6.      Be responsible, self-initiative, innovative, endurance and willing to help;

7.       Excellent communication skills (both oral and written, both Chinese and English).
