Key Accountabilities:    

· Track & trace outbound gateway shipments;

· Prepare, manage & send out the daily delay reports before the daily deadlines; Update ETMS.

· Process air export bookings by region/lanes

· Request spot rates at carriers;

· Consolidate shipments to make more profit;

· Double check IC cost compare with airlines billings. Prepare payment to airlines and CASS.

· Manage HSR routing screen;

·  Request spots from airlines and provide solution to CS and sales team .

· Provide best quote offers to the origins;

· Plan, manage & process ULD’s

· Understand department process flow;

· Working with gateway workflow.

· Create general knowledge about Aviation logistics

· IATA  DG certification is preferred, not mandatory;

· Constantly looking for areas to improve and ways to work more efficiently;

· Fluent in English (verbally and reading/writing);

· Open to work during the nightshift, weekend shift and on National Holidays;

· Software/computer knowledge (Excel, Word and outlook);

· Team player

The Qualifications:

- University graduate or college graduate, preferably candicate has 2 years working experience in forwarding and logistics industry;

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;

- Good command of written and spoken English, CET 4 or above is preferred;

- Be willing to be a team player, independent, aggressive, positive, & can-do attitude

- Displayed sense of urgency, attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities, working well under pressure.

- Computer literature;

Working Conditions:

1.     No more than normal physical effort or positional stress required.  Intermittent walking, sitting or standing with normal expenditure of energy.

2.   Good working conditions, almost complete absence of disagreeable elements.  Minimum exposure to adverse or hazardous working conditions.
