General Summary:职位概述
Establishing and executing the appropriate training system, and support recruiting function to meet company’s development根据公司战略建立适合的培训体系,并承担部门招聘工作,以满足公司业务需求
Responsibilities:岗位职责
Take charge of recruiting support for different functional department
负责不同功能部门的招聘工作
Campus recruiting communication and following, including interns/trainees recruiting/training/probation evaluation, and brand building in campus
校园项目对接及后续跟踪,包括实习生/管培生招聘宣讲,校园品牌建设,实习或管培生期间的培训跟进以及试用期评估跟踪。
Establish and implement for all kinds of training and development plan, budget allocation to improve training system based on training needs analysis
定期进行培训需求分析,制定和实施各类员工培训与发展规划及预算分配,以不断完善培训体系
Planning, implementation and evaluation for internal training, including but not limited in orientation training, internal training and improvement training for key positions,
内部培训的组织计划和实施,包括但不局限于新员工入职培训,内部培训,关键岗位改善性培训等,并进行培训效果评估
Develop and maintain external training agencies and other resources to cooperate with appropriate training organization.
外部培训合作机构和培训资源的拓展,选择合适的培训机构合作。
Occupational Health management
职业健康管理。
Other assigned Admin work.
领导分配的其他工作。
Requirements:任职要求
Bachelor degree in management or Human resources related major.
本科以上,管理或人力资源相关专业
With minimum 5 years work experience in-house training, familiar with training methodology and evaluation tools
5年以上企业培训模块工作经验, 熟悉相关的方法论及培训测评工具
Good English in written and spoken. 良好的听说读写英文
Well- organized, good communication and coordination skills, proactive working attitude. Can organize routine work and small activities.条理清晰,良好的沟通协调能力,积极主动的工作态度,能够组织相关活动,处理日常工作
Strong sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance.较强的责任心和抗压力
Good team player and quick-learner can be managed with priority.
团队协作者,快速学习者,能够分清优先级
