Essential Job Functions, which include but not limited to:

- Face to face or email/phone negotiations with suppliers/hotels, negotiating rates/inventory.
- Overall responsibility for contracting terms and conditions, adhering to contract guidelines on the number of hotels, room night goals and revenue goals.
- Ensure guidelines and processes are adhered to with regards to contract issuance, loading into system, contents and validation.
- Competition watch.
- Be the product expert for designated destinations, support sales team with product/destination information.
- Assist and cooperate with yield management team and reservations team to solve destination/hotel specific issues.



Personal Attributes:

- Good academic background.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills are required.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in contracting, product management, revenue management, sales or similar, in international travel companies or/and hoteliers.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Focused on results; initiative, enthusiastic, self disciplined and positive attitude.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision.
- Availability to travel.
