职位描述
Responsibilities:
· To maintain and store sensitive and confidential employee information in a secure manner in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
· Develop the efficiency of daily customer contact methods to deliver national and international support
· Provide input into the development of a new product roadmap (and to work with the relevant Product Manager/s where applicable) to ensure new products are system compatible, installer/servicing friendly, robust and comprehensively tested before market launch.
· To work with product marketing in preparation of localised product datasheets (where applicable).
· Provide feedback to the business regarding current product and system performance based on the voice of the customer
· Ensure through compatibility and verification testing that all FACP manufacturers provide total system integrity with Apollo products and protocol in the market. - Testing and validating FACP on a timely and prioritised schedule to meet customer and Apollo business FACP strategy
· When the department is communicating any information or providing documentation to third parties ensure all intellectual property rights of Apollo are controlled and protected with a non disclosure agreement and/or appropriate licence agreement - Protect all department folders containing sensitive information to ensure authorised access only
· Ensure current working practice and quality procedures are complied with.
· Increase the internal awareness of our competitive environment by making competitor product comparisons.
· Assist in the identification and recommendation of system support tools to provide effective customer system design and fault finding of Apollo products.
· Ensure Apollo warranty product returns are monitored in association with the Warranty Department.
· Ensure all technical complaints (customer complaints) are logged in a central tracker, investigated, resolved and closed within a reasonable timescale, acting as lead interface between customer and Apollo to ensure business focus and resolution - Maintain database of current/historical customer issues and status
· Manage critical product related site replacement programmes and liaise with the Apollo business on any commercial matters/impact - Working closely with all departments to ensure the urgency in resolving complaints.
· Work with sales managers and overseas Apollo offices to provide a proactive approach to solving key customer issues relating to product/systems performance.
· Documented procedures must be followed in all instances, with transactions being processed with clarity and accuracy.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Qualifications:

1, College graduated or above major in EE, automation or related field.

2, Min. 3 years engineering operation experience in fire alarm or building security area.
3年以上消防或安防行业技术工作经验;
3, Fluent English skill.
流利的英文听说读写能力;
4, Good at MS office and AutoCAD
