Main responsibilities:

1. To insure the customer and network satisfaction by providing information – feed back – adapted solutions.

2. To assist the Operation in sustaining the customer’s need in term of follow-up.

3. To conduct trouble shooting in collaboration with other Bollore departments.

4. Be the sales customer support.

5. Make quotations together with outside approval.

6. Communicate to outside sales, all sales information needed for sales portfolio management.

7. Follow-up and updating of key performance indicators demanded by the customers.

8. Build customer loyalty in his assigned portfolio.

9. Be the main sales contact for BOLLORE’s clients inside the company.

10. Assist outside sales in sales task management.

11. Participate in companies targeting.

12. Transmit operational procedures to operations.

Main skills to develop:

1. Good standardization skills for process.

2. Good identification of the duties to be performed by himself and different colleagues and coordination of these duties

3. Reactivity, creativity and pro-activeness towards customer for trouble shooting / solutions

Requests:

1. Junior College Degree or above.

2. Minimum 3 years of Inside Sales experience or Operation experience in logistics or trading company.

3. Good English.

4. Possess good communication skills and influence skill.
