To provide rubber product, process, or equipment technical support to Beijing Firestone Tianjin Branch and SBU Asia; Provide technical support to external and internal customers. Ensure technical service and customer support is provided in a timely fashion to meet the needs of a rapidly devolving industry.

PRODUCT, PROCESS OR EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN 产品、工艺或设备开发和设计 30%
1. Conceives, initiates and conducts moderately complex new programs to develop and establish merit of complex new products, process or equipment not presently in existence or requested by a specific customer
构思、发起和领导新项目的开发，建立一套新产品、工艺或设备评价标准
2. Conceives, initiates and conducts moderately complex new product, process or equipment development programs to meet a specific customer application and obtain a production order within a reasonable time span
构思、发起和领导新产品、工艺或设备的开发程序以满足特殊客户的应用，并在合理时间内获得订单。
3. Provides information to Sales and Management as to estimates of the required investment, time and feasibility of a proposed project. Considers ramifications of and indicates action with regard to customers, competitors and Firestone's future endeavor in this field.
为销售和管理层提供信息，以便为建议项目的投资、时间和可行性做出评估。考虑客户、竞争对手和公司在该领域内的努力作出行动计划。
4. Establishes priorities within assignment to maximize return on Firestone's investment of money, facilities and time

5. Conducts product, process or equipment development programs so as to assure designed profitability when turned over to production manufacturing

6. Takes all necessary actions to ensure shipment of samples in customer testing and approval within the prescribed time limits

7. Writes or ensures that a product's process or equipment specification is written before an item is turned over to production manufacturing

LOCALIZATION 国产化 10%
1. Assist Purchasing & Quality Dept. to localize the existing parts
协助采购部和质量部对现有零部件的国产化

LITERATURE DEVELOPMENT 技术文件的开发 5%
1. Design and maintain technical and other sales literature
设计和维护技术文件和销售需要的文件
2. Drawing translation and management of the existing parts
翻译和管理现有零部件的的图纸

TESTING 试验15%
1. Conceives, designs, initiates and conducts necessary testing programs to establish the merit of proposed constructions and materials or processes
构思、设计、发起和指导必要的试验项目，建立基建和材料或工艺标准
2. Initiates and conducts testing programs to establish engineering characteristics of new products
发起和指导试验项目，建立新产品的工程特性
3. Evaluates and reduces to presentable forms information obtained in #2 above

4. Designs suitable charts, graphs, tables and illustrations for proposals to customers

TECHNICAL SUPPORT 技术支持 20%
1. Provides the product information, assistance to Sales, Quality, Purchasing etc.

2. Provide application and technical support to OEM customers to ensure appropriate incorporation and application of air spring (incorporating existing product into new suspensions, or assist with development of new product)
为OEM用户提供应用和技术支持确保空气弹簧技术的正确吸收和应用
3. Provide feedback and information and tech support on processes or products or equipment development to satisfy customer needs to FSIP/BFA personnel.

4. Provide technical support to sales personnel (OEM and distributor). Includes providing relevant performance data on air springs and performing characteristic and performance calculations.

5. Travel with Sales personnel as required for customer support

2. Obtains oversea laboratory or Sr. Project Engineer's recommendations for suitable compounds for special applications
从海外实验室或高级项目工程师处得到特殊应用的合适胶料的推荐
3. Provides information, assistance and training to Engineer, Jr. Engineer , Drafting personnel , Related employees & customers
为工程师、初级工程师、制图人员及相关的员工和客户提供信息、协助和培训
4. Maintains technical competence and current awareness by reading appropriate journals and publications, as well as attending technical meetings and seminars
