Job descriptions:

This position belongs to the Business sector of Product department. It’s meanly responsible for planning, launching, organising, optimising the business simulation of students.

1.  Participate in and be responsible for project management, operation, process optimisation, resource docking and project execution;

2. Assist the product department in the planning, development and optimisation of quality education projects, including but not limited to project activity planning, material collection, copy-writing, brand marketing and other operations;

3. According to the academic standards of the product, the implementation of the project and customer feedback, continuous improvement and upgrading of product projects, including but not limited to improving customer satisfaction, improving activity goals according to different activity themes, enhancing the fun/participation of activities, and entertaining Improve students' quality and ability from product activities;

4. R&D and innovation of related quality education products;

 Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Business background

3. Fluent in English and can be used as working language, Mandarin is preferred (not necessary)

4. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Experience in hosting at large-scale events is preferred.

5. Good communication skills, logical thinking skills, team assistance, adaptability, strong sense of responsibility, practicality, diligence, seriousness, efficiency, stress resistance, and other characteristics;
