Purpose of the position

Develop the North China market, to win more MICE business for Club Med 

Operational missions

1. Build up sales channel and relationship with key agency and corporate

2. As a team member achieved personal sales target

3. Work close with resort team to serve each group well

Responsibilities:

- To build and represent Club Med's upscale, friendly and multi-culture image, develop Club Med visibility and awareness in corporate world;

- To manage key account by effective sales action, such as regular sales call;

- To develop sales leads and find potential MICE clients;

- To maintain partner relationship and Travel Agency prospect list;

- To coordinate with internal and external customer to hold sales drivenactives, such as reward events, onsite inspection, experience trip and road-show, etc.;

- To obtain signed contracts and payments in full;

- To prepare accurate and weekly sales reports;

- To identify MICE key opportunities, threats and propose initiatives action plan;

- To build rapport with the customers and ensure customer retention rate meet our expected level;

- To provide effective after-sales services so as to ensure customer's    satisfactory level is high;

- To devote to other ad hoc missions assigned by line manager.  

Skills requested

- Good at office software

- Strong communication and interpersonal skill, experience and strategy in developing regional market

- Fluent in English (CET 4 or above)

- Be positive, self-motivated, sales created and be able to handle pressure
