职位描述
职责描述:
- 参与电池 PACK 结构技术可行性调研，负责动力电池系统、模组及零部件系统结 构方案设计，并对技术文件进行归档；
- 制定 PACK、模组等验证计划及跟踪，解决设计过程中存在的缺陷；
- 根据系统要求编写结构零部件技术要求及测试规范等；
- 参与锂电池结构件的供应商评估、管理，进行项目跟踪，完成部件的同步开发及测
试；
- 配合整车及 BMS 匹配集成设计等开发工作
任职要求:
- 本科以上学历，机械设计或车辆工程相关专业；
- 3 年以上相关工作经验，有电池行业机械结构设计经验者优先；
- 熟练使用 Catia/ProE/UG 等主流 3D 设计软件；
- 熟悉动力电池系统结构、温度及流体设计要求；
- 具备良好的技术沟通能力和团队合作精神；
- 熟练的英文口语及读写能力
