? Listen to customer feedback, capture market changes and new market opportunities, collect information for marketing strategy development and summarize to marketing manager

? Support the market research project, report to the marketing manager about the situation of competing products and the market strategies of competitors timely, and put forward reasonable suggestions

? Collect data which from historical sales and market research, analysis potentiality of market rough

? Assist in the development and implementation of the company's product strategy and market plan, and feedback various problems encountered in the implementation process timely

? Based on the understanding of the responsible product line or regional market, provide professional market advice on the optimization of product portfolio and key selling points of products, and assist the sales team to develop regional sales strategies

? Whole product cycle management including but not limited to support RA&CA team to register new products, product commercial launch/promotion and product EOL management;

? Support the introduction plan of new products and the establishment of new prices; assist regional sales and government relations to set new prices in each province; implement new product positioning, pricing and listing promotion plans

? Plan and organize new product training meet the needs of the company's market strategy development, coach and support the sales team to provide product technical guidance to distributors and clinicians

? Collect suggestions and expectations from the regional sales team on marketing from time to time and obtain approval and support from the sales team on the established marketing plan

? Develop and update sales and marketing tools timely according to the unified requirements of the department

? Marketing experience in high-value consumable products is a must

? Familiar with Departments related to woman health preferred
