一周典型的工作展望：

    

·         作为产品技术专家。支持解决方案经理、技术经理和实施经理对产品全球项目中的系统需求分析，后端系统架构设计，并确定服务器、网络等软硬件设施的需求。

职位要求:

    

·         必须具备：具备基于Linux的大型后端系统的实施和交付的经验；具备Java开发和架构设计经验；具备至少一种数据库系统和Web服务平台的实施经验；具备扎实的服务器和网络知识。

    

·         优先考虑：具备人脸识别或相关系统的设计、开发或部署经验；具备基于云的部署经验；具备在虚拟化系统中部署系统的经验，比如vSphere；熟悉MongoDB；有Tomcat，Storm，ActiveMQ等主流平台组件的相关经验。

    

·         思维缜密，主动积极，能够自我驱动，善于分析并解决问题，良好的团队沟通能力，能够适应快速的工作节奏并能够处理多项并行的任务，善于协调冲突，快速的学习能力。

    

·         统招本科或以上学历，计算机或相关专业。

    

·         流畅的英语口语和读写能力。

    

·         3年或以上相关工作经验。

    

    

As a Senior Software Engineer for a large scale facial recognition system, you will undertake the design and support of the product from development to delivery in production. The product is being deployed global wide for security and convenience. Share your knowledge and ideas to your teammates and global teams, support global projects as a technical leader and expert, funny in the technology and valuable by your result.

    

    

    

A week in the life of a Senior Software Engineer:

    

·         You will act as product technical expert to support solution managers, technical managers and delivery managers for the system requirement analysis, back-end system architecture design, sizing for server, network, etc. infrastructure requirement of the projects powered by our product.

    

·         You will work together with a young and productive team for collaboration and knowledge sharing under Agile process.

    

·         You will participate in product design and architecture design.

    

·         You will take time to research and learn the stat of the art technologies related to our product and business.

    

·         You will initiate ideas and make innovations to enhance our product and competitiveness.

    

·         You will share your professional knowledge to internal teams global wide and partners / customers.

    

    

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

    

·         To succeed at this job, you must have: experienced with Linux based large scale back-end system deployment and delivery; experienced with Java development and architecture design; experienced with one of database system and one of web service platform deployment; have solid knowledge of server and network system;

    

·         It would be preferred if you have experienced with facial recognition or related system design, development or deployment; experienced with cloud system deployment; experienced with the deployment on virtualized platform like vSphere, etc.; experienced with MongoDB; experienced with Tomcat, Storm, ActiveMQ, etc. main-stream technologies or platforms.

    

·         We would like someone to join our team who is rigorous, proactive, and analytical, motivated, a problem solver and strong communicator, a team player, able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, a strong negotiator and quick-learner.

    

·         You must have a Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    

·         You must be fluent in English speaking and writing to work global teams.

    

·         We are looking for someone with more than 3 years of related experience.
