Job description:

Candidate will be in charge of customer’s satisfaction through installation of new systems laser and service to installed base.

Support could be performed through technical remote assistance, field servicing and spare parts supply. For pump lasers, he/she may also have to work together with our local partner to provide to customer technical solution.

Overall service missions and as technical expert, the candidate will strongly support the local sales activity with his/her technical/market knowledge by participating in BD activities.

As the bridge between French expert team and Chinese customer, regular feedback/reporting to headquarters is expected, thus good level in English listening and writing is mandatory.

Candidate will be based in Beijing Capital and regular travel in China (estimated to 50-75%) is expected, he/she must be able to travel locally and internationally. Punctual technical training (several weeks, not consecutively) over Thales laser systems will occur in our factory in France if necessary.

Knowledge:

Candidate must have extensive knowledge and background in scientific laser technology (industrial is a plus).

Significant experience in femtosecond laser chain operation is required.

Knowledge on high power/high energy femtosecond lasers based on Ti:SA and CPA technology is a real plus.

Experience with YAG nansoseconds laser would be appreciate.
