主要工作职责:

• 支持北亚人力资源运营团队日常工作包含并不仅限于以下工作内容：
• 按照公司流程，协助员工办理入离职手续
• 协助开具各类证明材料
• 支持员工办理北京市工作居住证新申请，续签，变更单位及注销手续
•  Workday系统支持及维护工作
• 员工pfile归档及整理
• 实习生工资数据收集工作
• 劳动合同续签管理及试用期管理
•  其他团队支持工作

学历要求:

• 大专或本科学历，人力资源相关专业优先

工作经验:

• 1-3年工作经验，有外企经验优先
• 有workday系统操作经验
• 日常人力资源运营相关经验

专业技能:

• 有学习意识，工作积极性及主动性高
• 工作态度端正
• 有一定的沟通能力，可以处理员工日常答疑
• 熟练使用办公软件

语言要求:

• 英语可书写，日常口语可基础表达即可
