职位描述
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide total solution for system automation test design and development and perform testing through consistent application of principles of testing
- Research on new technique including but not limited to AI/ automation/ performance/ cloud testing tools
- Implement the automation testing for applications according the business requirements
- Support SIT/UAT as business request
- Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality
- Collaborate with IT and business users
- Coaching junior Automation Test Engineer or Automation Test Specialist
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
- Present the automation testing solution to customers
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline
- Ability to see the big picture and challenge current methods and define the future of automation testing architecture.
- Ability to take the lead in new automation testing technology, including but not limited in AI, APM (Application Performance Monitoring), BI, etc.
- 710+ years automation test related working experience, working in multinational company or insurance industry is a plus
- Have hands-on Aautomation design and implementation experience, is a plus, including GUI, interface, performance testing.
- Familiar with all kinds of testing tools (JIRA, UFT, Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Locust, etc.)
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and QA process, have full stack (front-end, middleware, backend) development mindset is a plus.
- Have DevOps experience.
- Have cloud testing experience is a plus.
- Proficient in testing theories and methodologies, ISTQB certification is preferable
- Good English Reading, Writing and Speaking
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
- Self-starter and willing to working under pressure, can travel time to time
