Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver differentiated wireless SW application solutions for the automotive industry that meet or exceed customer expectations as defined by AES Solution Planners/BDM's with an initial focus on Cellular-V2X including Chipset control where appropriate. 

- Innovate where possible to strive for differentiated solutions in this highly competitive market and help meet Keysight market share goals in Automotive.

- Work very closely with Solution Planners and Business Development Manager's

 

Job Qualifications

Skills & Experience Requirements:

 - Min term (8 yrs+ in SW development environment) 

 - Deep understanding of 3GPP standards and operations including conformance specifications. Understanding of standard Cellular RF parametric measurements would be advantageous.

  - Experience in making measurements and testing various RF systems and sub-systems. 

 - Detailed knowledge and experience in developing solutions for the various wireless applications.

 - Broad knowledge of various development environments e.g. Visual Studio, Linux and programming languages e.g. C, C++,C#, Java and embedded OS (VxWorks, Windows)

 - Configuration management

 - Regression testing (SW Test)

  - Chipset Control SW  

 - Test Case/Scripting Conformance environments

-    BS, BEng, MS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or Computer Engineering

-    Demonstrate a track record of innovation and break-through thinking. Examples should include internal and industry recognition, patents, and direct references. 

-    Ability to clearly articulate impact of technical choices to non-technical audiences and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

-    Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast paced environment.

-    Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of working with global teams, across multiple time-zones.
