1. 为合伙人和律师提供秘书支持，包括但不限于打字、归档、会议协调、活动协调和差旅安排等；
2. 根据需要为商务会议提供文件复印、装订服务；
3. 根据需要组织合伙人和律师的日程、会议和活动；
4. 协助合伙人和律师管理账单安排和应收账款；
5. 协助合伙人和律师进行行政事务管理；
6. 执行直接主管或其他公司管理层指派的任务或项目。

任职要求：

1. 至少 1- 2年在外资/本土律师事务所（知识产权事务所优先）或跨国公司的相关工作经验；
2. 具有优秀的计算机技能（例如，微软Word，Excel，PowerP）。

Baker & McKenzie IP Agency (Beijing) Company Limited ("BMIP") is a fully licensed domestic intellectual property (IP) agency in China dedicated to representing clients of Baker & McKenzie on their trademark registration, copyright, customs and IP enforcement needs in China.

BMIP is staffed by senior industry executives, who have worked in China for leading multinational companies as well as local IP agencies and have extensive experience in protecting and enforcing IP rights in China.

BMIP, working in conjunction with the market leading IP lawyers at Baker & McKenzie, is fully equipped to deliver high quality holistic services, cost efficiencies, and related value add to the overall IP service offerings in China.

BMIP is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baker & McKenzie's Hong Kong office. BMIP is based in Beijing with a liaison office in Shanghai.
