■ 职位职责描述Job Description：

为支持智联网系统的进一步优化提升并提升顾客的车机系统的用户体验，建立并逐渐完善HMI人机交互的管理和评价体系， 解决HMI 在投产过程中的问题，并牵头设计本地开发的福特车型的满足顾客需求的交互界面， 同时充分挖掘车联大数据业务，以支持产品的设计优化

In order to support the further optimization of the intelligent network system, improve and enhance the user experience of the customer's vehicle engine system, establish and gradually improve the management and evaluation system of HMI human-computer interaction, solve the problems in the process of HMI production, and take the lead in designing the interactive interface of locally developed Ford models to meet customer needs, At the same time, the big data business of car union is fully exploited to support the design optimization of products

■ 主要工作内容Main Responsibilities：

- 在HMI人机交互系统开发过程中管理，参与ICV HMI的前期目标设定、开发中的方案选型和投产过程的管理评审。

- Manage in the development process of HMI human-computer interaction system, participate in the early goal setting of ICV HMI, scheme selection in development and management review of commissioning process

- 牵头协同造型、质量、整车工程和市场部不断完善IVI评价标准，确保SYNC+产品的顾客体验的领先性。

- Take the lead in collaborative modeling, quality, vehicle engineering and marketing departments to continuously improve IVI evaluation standards to ensure the leading customer experience of sync + products.

- 支持电子产品开发工程师，负责ICV电子零件中结构部分的工程开发的相关输入：成本目标设定、可行性分析、失效模式确认、设计澄清、方案评审和问题解决等。

- Support electronic product development engineer, responsible for engineering development related input of structure part of ICV electronic parts: cost target setting, feasibility analysis, failure mode confirmation, design clarification, scheme review and problem solving.

- 与福特派团队合作，参与福特派的APP软件的开发以及后续版本发布，管理APP的开发过程，APP的版本发布计划，APP功能测试等； 确保 交互的界面友好/功能使用的便捷性/功能正常等

- Cooperate with Ford faction team, participate in the development of APP software and subsequent release of Ford faction, manage the development process of app, release plan of APP version, APP function test, etc.; ensure friendly interface / convenience of function use / normal function, etc

- 收集业务需求，并对业务需求进行分析，识别需要获取的数据范围

- Collect business requirements, analyze business requirements, and identify the range of data to be obtained

- 协助业务团队对数据进行分析处理，建立相关模型，并分析结果

- Assist the business team to analyze and process the data, establish relevant models and analyze the results

- 市场上车载显示信息的媒介多样化和大屏化的趋势，HMI的设计考虑需要分区域、分场景、分人群进行综合考虑，并考虑全球HMI DNA的指导原则，形成福特的***的产品竞争力。

- 根据每个项目的造型需求，结合质量数据等完成HMI 前期目标设定，开发中的方案选型和投产过程的管理评审。

- According to the modeling requirements of each project, combined with the quality data, complete the HMI early-stage goal setting, scheme selection in development and management review in the production process.

- 支持电子结构类零件的成本目标设定/工艺评审/方案澄清及问题解决

- Support bracket part target setting and process adjudgment .

■ 任职条件Qualifications：

- 良好的逻辑思考能力和分析能力。

Good logical thinking and analysis capability.

- 良好的表达和沟通能力。

Good presentation and communication skill.

- 良好的学习能力。

Good learning capability.

- 具备工程学士或以上学历

Must have engineering bachelor degree, or above

- 2年以上在车联网/软件/等相关行业的经验

2+ years of experience in ICV/ software etc.

- 有用英语进行书面和口头的交流的基本能力。英语四级是最低要求

- Have a primary ability to communicate in written and spoken English. CET4 is minimum requirement.
