Job Responsibilities

?Responsible for providing services delivery for Mobile Core Network regarding product.

?May be called on to provide occasional technical support to pre-sales opportunities.

?Carries out essential or certification training plans.

?Helps to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.

?Provides suggestions to Mobile Core Network product usability, supportability, and methodology.

?Good working initiate, communication skills and teamwork spirit.

?Fluent in written and spoken English.

Job Requirements

?BSEE degree or equivalent required; MSEE highly desirable.

?3 years+ technical experience in Mobile Core Network Industry, experience related to 5G/IMS testing is a big plus.

?Better to have the fundamental knowledge/skill for Automation and Layer 2 switch products.

?Self-motivated, working independently and willing to accept challenges.

?Understanding of telecommunication industry trends, key players, and service provider ecosystems. Strong pre-sales skill and business sense is a big plus.

?Software programming experience for developing commercial software and (preferable) automation expertise.

?Demonstrated quick learning capability and problem-solving skills.

?Strong verbal, written and customer communication skills in both English and Chinese.
