Role:
This role is responsible for internal and external communication to build an open and effective communication environment, as well as a healthy company image
This position is reporting to Head of HR China.

Responsibilities:
1. Execute the company’s internal communication strategy;
2. Responsible for effective delivery of company’s messages and leadership messages;
3. Manage all internal communication networks including the intranet, corporate WeChat and emails;
4. Plan, execute and report employees activities to strengthen interaction among employees from different sections and sites;
5. Building up the corporate culture via activities;
6. Ensure expense within annual budget.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as communications specialist;
2. Experience in web design and content production is priority
3. Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset
4. Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
5. Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
6. Proficient command of English
7. Master’s degree, majoring in English, journalism or literature.
