Manage clinical monitoring operation to ensure projects are appropriately resourced. Ensure that clinical staff (CRAs) gains the necessary skills to perform their respective job responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties 主要职责和任务

l Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters. 根据公司的政策和相关法规管理员工。职责包括规划、分配和指导工作；评估绩效和指导职业发展；奖励和惩罚员工；员工工作关系问题的处理和解决。人力资源相关事项的审批。 l Participate the hiring and selection process through participation in the interviewing process. Management of onboarding training for new CRAs. 参与员工招聘和选拔过程。新员工入职培训相关事宜的管理。 l Ensure that staff has the proper materials, systems access and training to complete job responsibilities. 确保员工有适当的材料、系统权限和培训，以完成其工作职责。 l Participate in the allocation of resources to clinical research projects by assigning staff to clinical studies that are appropriate to their experience and training. 为临床研究项目分配人员，确保被分配人员的经验和培训与临床研究项目匹配。 l Manage the quality of assigned staff's clinical work through regular review and evaluation of work product. 定期考察和评估员工的工作，管理员工的工作质量。 l Identifies quality risks and issues and create appropriate corrective action plans to prevent or correct deficiencies in performance of staff. 识别质量风险和问题，制定适当的整改措施，预防或纠正员工绩效方面的问题。 l Ensure that staff is meeting defined workload, quality and other metrics through regular review and reporting of findings. 定期审查以确保员工达到规定的工作量、质量和其他指标。
l Participate in clinical operations quality or process initiatives. 参与公司或部门的质量或流程改进计划。 l Bachelor’s degree or above. 大学本科及以上学历。 l Major in clinical medicine, pharmacy and biology or relevant. 临床医学、药学、生物学或相关专业。 l At least 6 years clinical trial related experience and 2 years as people manager or equivalent. 至少5年临床研究相关经验，其中至少2年人员管理经理或相关工作经验。 l Knowledgeable to China regulatory and clinical requirements. 熟悉中国药监法规和临床试验要求。 l Strong leadership skills. 优秀的领导力。 l Effective presentation and communication skills. 有效的沟通和表达技巧。 l Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 优秀的组织和解决问题的能力。 l Effective time management skills. 有效的时间管理技能。 l Strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English. 优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力。 |
