岗位职责：

1. 与业务发展部团队共同与客户沟通，根据客户需求，结合项目背景及资料进行方案设计.

2. 项目前期负责编制室内装饰方案设计任务书，参与方案设计招标相关工作.

3. 项目中期负责方案设计管理，协调和监控设计计划的完成，确定方案设计成果.

4. 制定项目时间计划表，控制各阶段时间节点，确保项目按期完成.

5. 从构思、绘图到叁维制模等，提供完整的办公室设计方案，包括物理环境规划、室内空间分隔，装饰形象设计，室内用品及成套设施配置等.

6. 通过创意与设计，体现办公室设计的空间感，实用性，优越性，革命性，凸显其人性化.

7. 阐述规划自己的创意想法，与工程部团队达成观念上的协调一致, 并协肋解决装饰过程中的各种技术问题.

8. 协助进行室内装饰的成本核算和资源分析.

9. 了解所在行业的发展方向和新工艺，新技术并致力于创新设计.

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历.

2. 熟练操作SketchUp, Enscape, 等相关设计软件，手绘能力强.

3. 3年以上创意办公室项目工装空间设计经验，把握设计效果能力强，有很强的设计理念及独到的艺术见解.

4. 具有施工配合经验，熟悉施工材料与施工工艺.

5. 具有良好的职业道德、高度责任心、团队合作精神，思路清晰，并具有良好的沟通与组织协调能力.

6. 具有团队管理能力，能够带领团队，高效的完成工作目标.

7. 根据项目实际情况出差.

8. 英文听说读写良好者，优先录用.

Senior Interior Designer - Beijing

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer for our Beijing Studio. You will be part of our design studio designing Corporate / Workplace Interior projects. Working closely with the design leaders and team, you will be responsible for developing design concepts for corporate interior projects.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meet.

• Work on multiple projects with the design team and manage development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule;

• Participate in project meetings and Client presentations as needed;

• Adhere to quality control and review of design documentation and project schedule;

• Attend Client work-sessions and design reviews as required;

• Travel for assigned project presentations, coordination meetings and site visits as required;

• Base in Shenzhen.

What We Expect:

• You are an Interior Designer with excellent presentation skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience;

• You have relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects;

• You are proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, and PowerPoint;

• You have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution;

• You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile
