职位描述
The Development Manager (East Asia) is responsible to identify, analyse, participate in the negotiations and sign up agreements for new Regus centres in accordance with the company's strategic and financial growth objectives.
Reports to: Development Director, APAC & Regional VP- East Asia
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting the company's growth targets (number of centres) in a specified region / cities, ensuring favourable business terms of Regus.
Present recommendations to senior management.
Ensure financial models are created to project revenues, expenses and cash flow associated with the deal.
Build and maintain a strong network / partnership with landlord / developers and property agent.
Lead & manage the lease negotiation process including commercial & legal aspects
Key Position Requirements:
Experience in identifying evaluating commercial real estate proposals
Business Development in Business to Business environments
Financial Acumen
Commercially astute with a capacity to think broadly and strategically about business issues
Extensive Greater China & HK experience
Proven experience in managing a multi level pipeline of activity
Knowledge of the international real estate market preferred
Established network of relevant contracts.
Bachelors degree in related field
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English and Chinese (Mandarin) language (written and verbal) will be highly preferred
