Job Description:

This position is mainly responsible for developing EC's innovation payment products certification process, developing the network terminal manufacturer regulatory compliance certification process and management, as well as the service provider quality system certification process development and management.

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Product certification and deployment processes for innovation Payment Products, such as Mobile and HCE, QR, including, Trusted Service Managers (TSM), Secure Elements (SE), Handsets, HCE applets and Cloud solutions.

2. In accordance with the requirements of regulatory agencies, developing terminal manufacturers production qualification evaluation system and evaluation process.

3. Developing payment service providers R&D quality system qualification evaluation system and evaluation process.

4. Follow up on regulatory requirements and industry trends, and constantly update and improve the evaluation system.

5. Take on the project implementation and manage the progress of the evaluation project

6. Follow up and provide explanation to Network Deployment Team on certification issues for Network Partners by working with internal and external partners.

Qualification:

？ Detailed knowledge of payments product, issuer and acquirer technical and operational processes  

？ Be familiar with information security assessment standards, content and requirements.

？ Understanding of EMV/PBOC and mobile payment transaction flows, proven experience working on PBOC payment related activities is a must, any experience on EMV certifications is a plus

？ Subject matter expertise in product certification

？ Good communication skills.

？ Excellent documentation skills. 

？ At least three years of project management experience

Educational Requirement:

？ Undergraduate on a Technical Degree, Postgraduate in a Business-related major is an advantage. 

？ Proven experience in developing or certifying EMV and Payment products

Preferred Additional:

？ Proficient with Access and Databases development
